Engineering Manager - Full Stack

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, driving high-quality software development and delivery.
• Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap in collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices in software design, development, testing, and deployment are followed.
• Work hands-on when required, particularly in areas involving Node.js, Python, and React.js.
• Oversee the design and implementation of scalable backend systems using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and optimized data modeling.
• Advocate for and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures on AWS.
• Manage and improve CI / CD pipelines, and enforce DevOps best practices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Foster a culture of performance, innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, etc.) to deliver high-impact features on time.
• Lead code and architecture reviews, mentor engineers on technical and professional growth.
• Contribute to strategic planning, hiring decisions, and scaling the engineering function.
