Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps engineers. Own the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of trading and wealth management platforms. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align tech initiatives with business goals. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications across Node.js backend, React web app, and Flutter mobile app. Oversee database design and optimization with PostgreSQL and Redis for caching and real-time performance. Drive Kubernetes-based CI / CD pipelines ensuring automated, reliable, and secure deployments on GCP. Define engineering standards, code quality practices, and review processes to ensure high-quality delivery. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency, observability, and scalability. Foster a strong engineering culture built on innovation, collaboration, and ownership. 812 years of hands-on software development experience with at least 4+ years in a leadership / managerial role. Deep knowledge of scalable system architecture, distributed systems, and security best practices. Strong track record in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management. Experience in leading end-to-end product development cycles in a startup or fintech environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and Flutter for backend and frontend / mobile development. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL (database design, optimization) and Redis (caching, real-time performance). Proven experience with Kubernetes (K8s), CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps automation on GCP. Passion for building secure, scalable, and reliable financial technology products.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the entire technology function across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, and Redis, with proven leadership experience in scaling fintech platforms.
In addition, hands-on understanding of Kubernetes-based automated DevOps workflows on GCP with CI / CD pipelines is essential.
You will be responsible for setting the technology vision, driving architecture decisions, and building a high-performing engineering team.
