Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development, execution, and management of the brand’s social media strategy. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, optimizing performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO), monitoring trends, analyzing metrics, and growing online communities. The role also involves close collaboration with the content team to align digital strategies with the brand’s identity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage a diverse audience
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze data, monitor trends, and drive performance metrics
• Skills in building and managing online communities
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
