IshqME is a Chennai-based D2C fashion brand founded in 2021, celebrating self love and self-expression with handmade apparel, jewellery, and accessories that blend Indian craftsmanship and global vibes. We're all about creating everyday luxury for fun, free-spirited women. As we grow our online community we're seeking a creative Social Media Manager to amplify our tribe on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.

About the Role :

This full-time role (hybrid in Chennai or remote-friendly) reports to the Marketing Lead with weekly reviews directly with our founder and involves crafting visuals, planning calendars, and hopping on trends to showcase IshqME's empowering aesthetic. If you thrive on turning brand guidelines into scroll-stopping posts and building buzz around women's style, this is your chance to shape our social narrative in a fast-growing startup.

CTC : 4-6 LPA depending on experience & qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with IshqME's branding, focusing on platforms like Instagram and Facebook to drive engagement, follower growth, and e-commerce traffic.
• Create eye-catching graphics, reels, and stories using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut, ensuring all content adheres strictly to our visual and tone guidelines for a cohesive, bold look.
• Build and maintain a detailed social media calendar (Should always be 30 days in advance with flexibility to adapt to trends), scheduling regular posts for product highlights, behind-the-scenes, and user-generated content (UGC) to keep our feed consistent and exciting.
• Monitor emerging trends in fashion and social media, adapting the calendar as needed to capitalize on viral moments or timely opportunities that fit our women-first ethos.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, fostering a supportive vibe that encourages self-expression and loyalty.
• Build and manage influencer relationships for collaborations

This is a full time corporate role and you will be an employee on IshqME’s payroll. We are not looking for freelancers at this point in time. On-site / Hybrid at out Chennai office is preferred, but work from home is considered for qualified candidates who are not based out of Chennai.
