Associate Solutions Consultant, Eclipse Client Services

Responsibilities :

• Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and support daily platform operations
• Manage client projects involving hedge fund custodians and administrators, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Train associate-level consultants and act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Monitor and manage case queue, ensuring effective prioritization and timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Development and Project Management to resolve bugs and improve client satisfaction
• Advocate for product enhancements to support scalability and evolving client requirements
• Support client troubleshooting aligned with incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment processes
• Work closely with R&D teams to provide feedback on product supportability and platform quality
