Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Transactions & Processor for EMEA / APAC group. The associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of financial transactions within the organization. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, a foundational understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to operational excellence. The associate will support daily cash operations, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and close cash management accounts for commercial mortgage loans.
• Administer waterfall processing for performing loans, ensuring proper disbursement of operating expenses and surplus funds.
• Analyze account balances to confirm sufficient funds for disbursement and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process wire transfers, trigger transactions, and loan disbursement requests in line with servicing procedures.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and support month-end and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Identify and escalate issues related to cash shortfalls, late trades, or fund misallocations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and client-specific servicing protocols.
