About This Role

We're looking for a full-time Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team reporting to the Director. This role is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad, location.

In this role, you'll play a key role in enhancing the technical sales process and enabling the field-based Solution Consulting and Sales teams by building and maintaining demo and proof-of-concept environments that showcase Gainsight's product capabilities to potential customers.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for building Demo and POC environments for the field-based Solution Consulting & Sales teams that are then delivered to potential customers
• Act as an internal Gainsight Admin of Solutions Engineering Operations POD for the Gainsight product suite i.e. CS, PX, CC, SJ and ST demo environments
• Configuring and maintaining internal and cross functional master demo environments with new releases and up-to-date features
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to get the new updates incorporated into demos
• Analyze the data and design the solution to align with business needs and use cases
• Configure the Gainsight platform to align with the unique needs and technical requirements of potential customers
• Utilize your technical knowledge, skills and abilities to customize demos and build out-of-box integrations to drive the technical sales to success and show the clear value proposition
