Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Web Technologies to lead and guide our digital initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web presence, ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all digital channels. This role involves managing a team of web developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education : B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience : Minimum of 6+ years in web development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and API Gateways.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
