Job descriptionWeb Development & Strategy Develop and execute the overall web strategy aligned with business goals. Define and implement web development standards, best practices, and guidelines. Stay updated on the latest web technologies and industry trends. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Project Management & Execution Plan, manage, and execute web development projects on time and within budget. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets business requirements. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor a team of web developers. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Development velocity Code quality and maintainability Technical performance Collaboration and communication Strong strategic and analytical thinking with attention to detail. Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Web Technologies to lead and guide our digital initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web presence, ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all digital channels. This role involves managing a team of web developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education : B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience : Minimum of 6+ years in web development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in web technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and API Gateways.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
