Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Web & E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee Shopify management, product uploads, CRM, Klaviyo flows, analytics, digital reporting, and backend website maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury e-commerce, data-driven decision-making, and digital platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Shopify Management
- Upload new products monthly, including :
- Creating complete Shopify product listings
- Writing SEO-optimized product descriptions and specifications
- Adding all necessary meta-tags
- Organizing products under correct collections
- Uploading lifestyle and product images in proper sequence
- Adding SKUs, availability, and ensuring listings are live across all sales channels, including Instagram
- Manage Instagram product tagging and accuracy
- Perform monthly full-catalog Shopify inventory and pricing updates (including archived and drafted products)
- Update gemstone and diamond specifications across all relevant listings
CRM & Client Data Management
Upload new customer data into the CRM master listAssign clients to the correct segments and lists (location, interest, event, etc.)Apply detailed tags for precision retargetingMaintain detailed customer profiles (birthdays, anniversaries, preferences)Manage and update the Google Business ListingPlatform Proficiency
Must have strong working proficiency with :
