About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales of our retail general insurance products.
This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Leadership :
- Spearhead the sales of Motor, Health, Travel, and other retail insurance products to both B2B and B2C clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Development :
- Create and manage a robust network of B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and increase market Advisory :
- Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products, risk assessment, and policy coverage.
- Offer tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of each Excellence :
- Efficiently generate insurance quotes both offline and online.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales documentation and reports.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance and Experience :
- Proven track record in general insurance sales, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong understanding of the general insurance industry, products, and regulations.
- IRDA certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools
