We are seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Inside Sales (MSME) to join the sales team. You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This role involves making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Communicate effectively with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers , and diligently following up on leads.
- Understand customers' needs thoroughly and proactively identify sales opportunities .
- Answer potential customers' questions comprehensively and send additional information via email as required.
- Stay continuously updated with product and service information and updates to provide accurate information.
- Create and maintain a robust database of current and potential customers .
- Explain and demonstrate features of our services clearly and persuasively.
- Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
- Conduct thorough research and qualify new leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS - MSME Requirement :
BE / B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree .Knowledge of region-specific languages where deployed ( Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati ).Strong Prospecting and Closing Skills .Solid knowledge of sales principles and practices .Demonstrated Customer Service Acumen .A strong desire to exceed growth targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Skills :
