About the Role
We are hiring an Entry-Level Procurement Coordinator to support our purchasing and logistics activities. Candidates can be from any engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial / Production).
Key Responsibilities
- Send RFQs to suppliers and collect quotations
- Prepare basic comparison of price and delivery time
- Assist in creating Purchase Orders
- Follow up with suppliers for material status and delivery updates
- Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL / FedEx / JAS / freight forwarders)
- Maintain procurement records and update trackers
- Check basic documents (invoice, packing list, HS code, COO)
- Support daily procurement and office tasks
