Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer Oracle CPQ Cloud to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions across enterprise environments. The role involves leading end-to-end CPQ implementations, driving architectural decisions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.

You will serve as the technical lead, responsible for solution design, integration, performance optimization, and ensuring best practices across multiple CRM and ERP touchpoints including Salesforce and Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oracle CPQ Solution Delivery :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle CPQ Cloud projects.
• Design and configure commerce processes, workflows, pricing rules, approvals, attributes, and UI / UX layouts within CPQ.
• Build advanced pricing logic, constraints, validations, and document generation flows.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and scalability best practices.
