Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager located in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving branch performance. Responsibilities include developing business plans, managing branch budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Branch Operations Management, Business Development, and Staff Management skills
• Customer Service, Client Relationship Management, and Problem-Solving skills
• Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Regulatory Compliance skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
