Senior System Engineer

Title : Senior System Engineer O365 & Intune

Location : Gurugram, Haryana

Duration : Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage endpoint lifecycle across macOS, Windows, and iOS using Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro (or Kandji).
• Own administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Okta.
• Design and implement endpoint security policies , including Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, compliance baselines, device encryption, and app protection.
• Ensure tight integration and compliance across identity, endpoint, and security tools using Intune , JAMF , and Microsoft Purview .
• Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives through strong control over identity, device, and application access.
• Manage device enrolment workflows (e.G., DEP, ABM), automated provisioning, patching, and software distribution across platforms.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and regulatory adherence.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in endpoint management best practices and tool usage.
