Job Purpose :
The role is focused on driving growth in the Retail Banking business through excellent customer service, premium client acquisition, and cross-selling of banking and investment products. The incumbent will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, helping them make informed financial decisions, while ensuring the branch delivers a seamless customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of key clients and deliver personalized financial advisory services
- Offer Portfolio Investment Services tailored to individual client needs
- Utilize digital applications for creating product suitability matrices and financial planning
- Act as a key interface between the bank and high-value clients to offer complete banking, wealth management, and portfolio management solutions
- Drive profitability by increasing wallet share from existing clients
- Deepen customer relationships through effective cross-selling of banking products
- Ensure full compliance with the bank's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service control standards
- Collaborate with product and cross-sell teams to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction
