As a Relationship Manager, you’ll lead that mission from the front mentoring agents, expanding access to protection, and building one of the most trusted distribution ecosystems in India.

Your Mandate Build capability : Recruit, train, and coach a network of insurance advisors across Motor, Health, Life, Fire, Travel, and SME portfolios.

Drive transformation : Turn traditional selling into consultative advising — helping customers design protection that empowers growth.

Lead with data + discipline : Track performance, renewals, and persistency with precision; use insights to elevate teams.

Act like a founder : Innovate local engagement campaigns, referral systems, and community programs that expand reach and trust.

Ensure excellence : Deliver seamless documentation, compliance, and IRDAI alignment across all lines of business.

You Bring 2 + years in Life or General Insurance field sales (agency experience preferred).

Strength in leadership, negotiation, and empathy — equal parts strategist and coach.

Knowledge of insurance products, IRDAI norms, and market trends.

Fluency in Gujarati / Hindi / English and the ability to connect with people across backgrounds.

A graduate degree and an unshakable belief that India’s financial future is personal.
