Overview Of The Vice President Role

A multi-faceted role requiring the individual to manage the Human Resources department independently including recruitment,strategy HR, and Training and Development, Assist the SVP in the development and growth of the department

This position will directly report to the Senior Management and will be a part of the core senior management at the company Post a couple of years; the company would also be looking to expand operations in other business lines, including the possibility of setting up another delivery center in a separate location

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Contributions
• Managing the entire IT Process across levels and functions, Career Management and Talent Development
• Working on Compensation and Benefit Plans
• Building and implementing a robust talent review and process, including succession planning, leadership development and organization capability
• Analyzing and estimating short-term and long-term capacity (Manpower planning)
• Working on IT policies and strategies
• Enhancing Project timelines
• Designing training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs
• Conducting post training analysis to measure training effectiveness.
