Vice President, Lead - Server Infrastructure, Technoloy and Operations

Job description14-20 years of experience in server infrastructure and operations management. Proficient in server technologies including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and load balancing. Experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and backup / recovery processes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Description
The Vice President, Lead - Server Infrastructure, Technology and Operations will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the server infrastructure. This role requires a strategic leader to ensure high availability, performance, and security of the server systems while aligning with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the server infrastructure team to ensure high availability and performance of server systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for server infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
- Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in server operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align server infrastructure with business goals.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to enhance server infrastructure capabilities.
