What does this role hold for you…??

Oversee the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of all office spaces

Manage relationships with vendors, property managers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations

Develop and implement facility management policies for space planning, seating arrangements, and asset management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Manage daily administrative functions, including travel arrangements, security, transport, and housekeeping

Handle office supplies, utility management, and general services to ensure seamless operation.

Manage emergency preparedness plans, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory standards, and safety requirements

Plan and coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs

Manage vendor contracts, ensuring service quality, timely delivery, and SLA adherence

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Leadership, to align facility operations with business needs.

Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure employee safety and asset protection.

Apply if you have…

8+ years of experience in Facilities, Administration, or Workplace Management.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management

Excellent organizational and crisis management abilities

Experience in managing multi-location offices with a focus on efficiency and cost control

Strong knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance standards

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
