Key Responsibilities include :

• Managing project activities from planning, budgeting, execution, to completion, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure high quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for coordination with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Managing site personnel, delegating tasks, organizing work schedules, and ensuring proper use of resources.
• Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
• Proactively resolving issues, conflicts, and risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Controlling project costs and ensuring expenditures stay within budget.
• Maintaining accurate documentation including site diaries, progress reports, change orders, and quality records.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.
