Job descriptionOversee the day-to-day management of our eCommerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Optimize website structure, content, and functionality for improved user engagement and sales. Manage orders efficiently, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with customers. Handle product listings, updates, and optimizations, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Perform regular inventory checks and audits to ensure product accuracy. Plan and execute basic digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management. Manage company social media pages, creating and scheduling engaging content. Utilize tools like Canva to design visually appealing graphics for posts and ads. Manage product listings on external eCommerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon) to maximize visibility and sales. Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies for growth. Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze website and campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize campaigns. Proven experience in developing and managing WooCommerce-based WordPress websites. Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including order and product management. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media management and Canva. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with marketplace platforms like Amazon and Noon is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Develop and maintain a robust, user-friendly WooCommerce-based WordPress website. Streamline eCommerce operations for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. Enhance the company's digital presence through effective marketing and social media strategies. Drive growth on external eCommerce marketplaces through optimized product management. Deliver actionable insights to improve website performance and marketing ROI.
