Job Summary :

As a Senior Product Manager in the Global Product Solutions team, you will be responsible for strategically designing new products and use cases relevant to businesses and customers across the world. You'll work with other product managers and engineering and design to build and execute a product roadmap. You will be the point person for your area, balancing customer needs, business objectives, regulatory compliance, adoption, and monetization considerations.

Product managers in this team understand the locally relevant needs of customers and are responsible for building products that cater to those needs end to end across all customers touchpoints at PayPal. We work as one-team across engineering, product, design, launch and work to solve customer problems.

Your way to impact

• You will be responsible for developing deep understanding of our customers in global markets. Lead customer development for identifying customer needs, benchmarking competition by working with cross functional teams. Translate customer needs into solutions - Ideate and prioritize product requirements and lead the overall development of product
• You will be responsible for driving business outcomes by owning and driving the product roadmap, which requires close collaboration with stakeholders across the entire PayPal ecosystem
• You'llwork with other product managers as well as engineering, design, launch & other cross-functional stakeholders to align, build and execute the product roadmap
• You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage requestintakeand feature scoping, andparticipatein agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features
• You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal / compliance, growth, and monetization considerations
