About the Role : As an Operations Executive , you’ll play a crucial role in managing the user experience end-to-end. From being the first point of contact for platform users to ensuring smooth session coordination with our SoulSensei guides, you’ll be the operational backbone behind a transformative experience. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, coordination, and light data management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operational workflows tied to website performance and internal processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and follow-ups.
Identify areas of improvement in current processes and help implement practical solutions.
Track and report key operational metrics to support data-driven decision making.
Help maintain clear documentation of processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
Support implementation of tools and systems that enhance team efficiency.
Be a key point of contact for resolving operational issues or bottlenecks quickly.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, Humanities, or Communication is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident on phone / video calls, calm and people-friendly demeanor
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp Business
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, wellness coordination, or telesales is a plus
Freshers with strong communication and soft skills are encouraged to apply
Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience with CRM tools or scheduling platforms like Calendly
