Job descriptionEngage with walk-in customers and explain product benefits Conduct eligibility checks and assist with KYC documentation Maintain in-store branding and promotional material visibility Visit residential areas, businesses, and pharmacies to pitch the card Generate leads via cold calls, field visits, and referrals Follow up with leads and ensure timely sales closures Record daily sales activity – leads, applications, conversions Coordinate with backend teams for processing and customer onboarding Ensure full compliance with KYC and regulatory norms Fixed Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month Incentives : Up to ₹20,000 / month based on performance Career Growth : Strong potential for advancement within the financial services and retail sector Chennai – 15 openings Hyderabad – 15 openings Minimum : 12th Pass Preferred : Graduate in any discipline 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Confidence in face-to-face interactions Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets Understanding of basic financial products and KYC norms
