Credit Card Sales Executive

Job descriptionVisit residential areas, corporate offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and footfall engagement. Follow up on potential leads and close sales within TAT. Maintain accurate daily records of interactions, applications, and conversions. Coordinate with internal processing teams for application approvals and customer onboarding. Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation. Education : Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred Experience : 6 months - 2 years in credit card or financial product sales (Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuation and negotiation skills Confidence in approaching customers directly Goal-oriented and self-motivated Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms Attractive incentives of up to ₹20,000 per month (on top of fixed salary) A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities Opportunity to do meaningful work for a well-known company

The Role
You will be responsible for :
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)
- Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings.
- Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.
- Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.
