We operate on a Made-to-Order (MTO) model, where each ring is crafted post-purchase, with high customization and emotional value at its core. This means our fulfilment process isn't just about speed — it's about precision, coordination, and care across multiple stakeholders.

We are early in our journey — but intentional in every step. Now, as we scale across cities and product lines, we are looking for a Fulfilment Lead to build and run the backend engine that ensures on-time, error-free, delight-led deliveries .

About the Role

This role is at the heart of our customer promise — where operations meet emotions.

You will own the entire post-order fulfilment lifecycle : from order confirmation to product delivery — ensuring that every customer receives their ring exactly the way it was imagined, within the committed timelines.

You will also work closely with our retail store and operations team , spending a minimum of 96 hours per quarter at our stores , to stay deeply connected with customers, gather on-ground insights, and align fulfilment operations with real-world needs.

The role requires sharp execution, strong people and stakeholder (vendor) management , and comfort with a non-standard supply chain (no warehousing, no pre-made inventory — only precision manufacturing and just-in-time coordination).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end fulfilment process for all customer orders (from CAD to final delivery)
• Coordinate with manufacturers, CAD designers, quality check partners, and logistics
• Maintain and track TATs for every fulfilment stage : design, approval, production, QC, and shipping
• Work closely with the store and operations team to ensure seamless handover and updates
• Ensure proactive and timely customer communication in collaboration with the experience team
• Implement systems and tools for real-time tracking, status updates, and exception handling
• Identify and onboard new fulfilment partners (if required) to build scalability
• Maintain quality control checks and reduce error rates across production and delivery
• Build dashboards and MIS to track key KPIs (TAT, rework %, QC fail %, on-time delivery, NPS impact)
• Own process SOPs and continually improve them for speed, cost, and quality
• Lead or assist in operational escalations and customer issue resolution
• Dedicate 96 hours per quarter at store level to understand on-ground operations and customer behavior
