Role Overview
We’re looking for a
proactive HR & Operations Executive (Fresher)
who wants to learn the inner workings of how a high-performing digital agency operates.
This is
not a routine HR role . You’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to project coordination, process tracking, and system automation. Your mission is simple — keep Profitcast’s engine running smoothly every single day.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Draft and publish job descriptions on LinkedIn and hiring portals.
Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Handle offer letters, NDAs, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct induction sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and SOPs.
2. HR Management & Compliance
Maintain attendance, leave trackers, and monthly payroll sheets.
Coordinate with finance for salary processing and reimbursements.
Support basic statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) and maintain HR files.
Keep employee contracts, appraisals, and records updated.
3. Operations & Coordination
Track client deliverables and internal project timelines.
Follow up with teams to ensure all tasks meet deadlines.
Facilitate smooth communication between creative, content, and ad departments.
Maintain Google Drive folders, file structures, and naming conventions.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Maintain KPI trackers for all team members.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for management.
Support review and appraisal cycles with department heads.
Track employee productivity and SOP adherence.
5. Culture & Employee Experience
Plan internal events, birthdays, and recognition activities.
Conduct monthly team feedback surveys and present insights.
Maintain a positive, communicative, people-first environment.
6. Vendor & Admin Coordination
Maintain vendor and freelancer lists (designers, editors, photographers).
Coordinate vendor payments and office supply procurement.
Handle petty cash and subscription renewals.
7. Automation & Systems
Assist with automations in Zoho One, Make.com, and Google Workspace.
Maintain documentation for automations and process sheets.
Keep training manuals and SOPs updated regularly.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Excellent command of
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) .
Basic understanding of HR practices and project coordination.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Zoho, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion (a plus).
Preferred Qualities
Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-driven.
Comfortable with structured reporting and timelines.
Curious about automation, workflow tools, and process design.
Professional, empathetic, and people-centric communicator.
