Your Role

• Lead design concepts, feasibility studies & architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with authorities (NMMC, MCGM, CIDCO, SRA, etc.) for approvals.
• Drive submissions for CC, OC & related clearances.
• Collaborate with structural, legal & PMC teams.
• Present architectural solutions during society / client interactions.

Who You Are

✨ B.Arch / M.Arch with 7+ years of experience in design and / or liaisoning.

✨ Strong knowledge of DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020 .

✨ Proven track record in design + authority approvals.

✨ Great communicator, independent worker, and result-driven.
