Role : Application Lead

Project Role Description

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.
Act as the primary point of contact for the project.

Must-Have Skills

o9 Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Solution Architect on o9 implementation projects.

Engage with client stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

Conduct fit-gap analysis , design solutions, and document architecture.

Guide the configuration team in implementing the solution.

Lead conversations with client business stakeholders .

Collaborate with development teams, product teams, and technology stakeholders .

Drive technology future state planning and roadmaps .

Ensure designs align with business needs, system performance, security, compliance, and architecture standards.

Technical Experience

12–15 years of experience implementing o9 Solutions and similar SCM (Supply Chain Management) software.

At least 2 full-cycle o9 implementation projects as a Solution Architect.

Expertise in one or more of the following business processes :

Demand Planning / Forecasting

Supply Planning

Production Planning

S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)

Strong skills in design, software configuration , and reference models .

Excellent collaboration, team leadership , and individual contribution .

Strong communication skills and experience in business stakeholder engagement.

Effective problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams towards solution delivery.

Educational Qualification

BTech / BE / MCA
