Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator to assist in planning, implementing, and managing new web projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely execution and quality delivery across Shopify and Word Press websites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope and deliverables
• Assist in the management and maintenance of website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
• Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and Word Press websites
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankings
• Ensure high-quality content with quick and effective turnaround on website changes
• Consistently monitor websites to ensure alignment with brand strategy and guidelines
• Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to gather and analyse data on website performance
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met
