Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Product Executive to join our dynamic team in the beauty and fashion jewelry segment. This role involves maintaining accurate product data across e-commerce platforms and contributing to the optimization of product listings for better customer engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and implement branding, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce strategies tailored to the beauty and fashion jewelry industry.
- Enter and update product information, pricing, images, and inventory details across e-commerce platforms with precision.
- Identify, verify, and correct product discrepancies to maintain a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate product data entry in alignment with internal procedures and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related issues and enhance product listing performance.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure product information is complete, error-free, and optimized for searchability.
- Maintain product data integrity and uphold the brand's tone and style across all listings.
- Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce, marketing, business, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in product data handlingBasic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similarAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentEffective time management and prioritization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTyping speed of at least 25–30 words per minute with high accuracySkills Required
