Job description2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer Strong hands-on expertise with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda) Good understanding of REST APIs, serverless architecture, caching (Redis preferred) Familiarity with CI / CD, Git, Docker, testing frameworks Knowledge of SEO, structured data, and performance optimization is a plus Strong problem-solving, ownership, and teamwork skills Work on products used by thousands of customers across India Be part of a lean, fast-moving startup team ESOPs for early team members Exposure to scaling systems, cloud infra, and cutting-edge tech Creative and collaborative work environment

We’re looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer to join our core tech team and help scale Rentkar’s platform using modern technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliverables
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps using Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS
- Write clean, modular, and efficient code following best practices
- Work on integrations : payments (Razorpay), notifications (WhatsApp / IVR), CDN / image optimizations, and analytics
- Optimize performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for high-traffic apps
- Implement secure APIs, backend services, and database designs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the platform
