Strategic & Organizational Leadership
- Set the organization's strategic direction , execution priorities, and monitor the performance of the company and all projects.
- Infuse core values and purpose across teams through innovative employee engagement and alignment initiatives.
- Assist the Board of Directors in formulating strategic goals, objectives, budgets, and policies to enhance market share , profitability , and ROI .
- Conduct regular strategic reviews of company and project performance to assess progress against short- and long-term objectives.
- Lead the development of an integrated business plan with department heads to optimize profitability and market position.
Project Planning & Execution
Set departmental goals and oversee their execution through consistent review and support.Prepare and monitor project budgets ensuring at least 15% profit margins and encourage early completion to maximize efficiency and reputation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants to facilitate smoother project execution and future work opportunities.Ensure timely execution and handover of projects with full diligence, quality, and documentation (including experience and appreciation certificates ).Operational & Team Management
Oversee project staffing plans , identify talent aligned with organizational goals, onboard and induct them effectively.Actively monitor project progress , ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and payment recovery from clients.Manage and approve variations / extra items , and ensure they are documented and approved by clients.Ensure subcontractors are available as per standardized rates and maintain cost-effective procurement practices.External Relations & Representation
Act as the chief public relations representative of the organization, maintaining high-level relationships with government bodies, clients, and financial institutions.Represent the company in client negotiations, public forums, and strategic meetings as required.Leadership & Team Development
Identify and mentor future leaders within the organization.Encourage succession planning , team growth, and internal promotions through regular reviews and capability assessments.Create and maintain a positive organizational climate that supports leadership development and employee engagement .Managerial Responsibilities :
Review project outcomes and ensure they meet predefined targets and objectives.Establish clear lines of communication, authority, and accountability across departments.Conduct periodic team performance reviews and implement corrective measures where needed.Ensure that the company maintains an effective and scalable organizational structure .Other Responsibilities :
Analyze and recommend tender quoting strategies to ensure competitive and profitable bids.Oversee miscellaneous assignments that contribute to the long-term goals of the organization.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration , or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries .Proven track record of successful project execution, team leadership, and financial management.Excellent knowledge of project planning, budgeting, vendor management , and client relations.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Key Skills :
