Job descriptionCoordinate across internal teams and external consultants to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP designs Ensure seamless flow of design information among all project stakeholders Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, development control regulations, and applicable codes Handle the documentation and coordination required for obtaining necessary approvals from statutory authorities Promote innovative and sustainable architectural solutions Implement value engineering to optimize functionality, aesthetics, and project costs Lead in-house design teams and manage external architects, consultants, and vendors Assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure high standards of design quality Monitor design progress in line with project schedules and budgets Conduct regular reviews to maintain quality and compliance with design intent Maintain comprehensive design documentation including drawings, BOQs, and approvals Prepare timely reports for management and project teams on design progress and milestones
Architectural Design Leadership :
- Lead the overall architectural vision and design strategy for real estate and infrastructure projects
- Drive the design process from concept to execution while ensuring alignment with client and business objectives
