We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Supervisor to support hands-on implementation of CRM Service and Power Pages solutions. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can lead day-to-day configuration and portal development tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM Service modules and Power Pages portals.
- Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to deliver functional solutions.
- Provide technical support and documentation for CRM and portal users.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications :
4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM for Service and Power Pages.Proficient in CRM configuration, Power Platform tools, and portal development.Experience with web roles, permissions, and portal customization.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
