Job descriptionLead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and co-create analytics solutions. Support deployment of analytics platforms and tools (e.g., TM1, Planning Analytics, Power BI, Tableau). Provide advisory on best practices, automation, and finance process standardization. Own project deliverables from concept through execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to enable solution implementation. Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and client leadership. Stay current on finance analytics trends, emerging technologies, and IBM solutions. Support development of reusable frameworks, templates, and accelerators for finance transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Analytics
- Collaborate with clients to analyze finance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design actionable transformation strategies.
- Develop finance analytics solutions to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Implement data-driven insights to optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and other finance operations.
