About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions / services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
- Provide feedback from clients and market trends to improve services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Preferred Skills
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.Understanding of the recruitment / IT / EdTech sector (if specific to Job Binge).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer
