As you’ll be doing sales hiring you’ll be required with a minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in a sales role , in Inside sales with Edtech B2C.
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Demonstrated stability, with at least one year of sustained experience in previous roles..
Prior experience in roles such as Business Development Executive or Associate
Strong knowledge on sales strategies, logical answering, Target planning and Reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
An individual with excellent regional Language communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
Reliable and trustworthy individuals who can easily build rapport with prospects.
People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
People with a systematic approach to building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritising tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines
A Bachelor's degree in any field
Languages Known :
Native speaker of any of these languages
