Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Brand Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends. They will ensure brand consistency across all platforms, manage budgets, and analyse performance metrics to optimize brand performance. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Qualifications
Experience in the Electronics Appliances / FMCG / FMCD / consumer goods sector or a related field is highly desirable
Strong expertise in Brand Management, Strategic Planning, and Campaign Development(from ideation to execution and implementation)
Should have a hero product to talk about- seen a journey from scratch
Experience in Market Analysis, Consumer Research, and Trend Monitoring
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Content Strategy
Leadership skills, including Team Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
Analytical skills for tracking metrics, measuring results, and optimising strategies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
