Other investors include Cisco Investments Eight Roads Ventures (A division of Fidelity Investments) Dragoneer Peak XV Partners and Stellaris Venture Partners.

What do you get to do

Collaborate with experienced cross-functional teams to conceive design and bring innovative products and solutions to market.

Develop and implement a comprehensive Solution R&D strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives. Identify research areas define project scopes and prioritize R&D initiatives based on market trends customer needs and technological advancements.

Customers will use WF solution products to expedite their digital adoption journey. You need to research customer needs related to digital adoption of business processes design & develop product features implement integrations with other software systems and do optimization related to performance security and data integrity.

Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently. Define project goals timelines and resource requirements. Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule. Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Solution engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment encouraging creativity knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Set clear expectations mentor team members and promote professional growth and development.

Drive innovation by conceptualizing and developing new Solution products technologies or processes. Conduct feasibility studies market research and technical assessments to identify opportunities for innovation. Lead the design prototyping testing and validation of new concepts and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Lead technical engagements for a variety of clients including process design implementation lifecycle support and project reviews.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry trends and competitive landscape. Evaluate new technologies tools and methodologies relevant to the companys R&D efforts. Make recommendations on technology adoption partnerships or collaborations that can enhance the companys R&D capabilities and competitiveness.

Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.

Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives to optimize workflow improve productivity and adapt to changing requirements.

Provide hands-on technical guidance ensuring architectural and design decisions adhere to best practices.

Oversee the implementation of robust quality assurance strategies including code reviews automated testing and CI / CD practices.

Drive existing and new product feature adoption across Customers and GTM teams.

Respond to the customer escalation for technical issues relating to solution product and coordinate with Professional Services Engineering and Product teams to provide resolution.

Oversee the recruitment onboarding and professional development of team members.

What you need to have / bring to the table :

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field at time of application

Solid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Excellent communication collaboration & mentoring skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Analytical and problem-solving skills with High attention to details.

Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills

Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities.

9 years of experience in developing and delivering solutions. Experience related to SAAS solution development is preferred. Experience in leading and mentoring teams in designing developing deploying implementing and maintaining solutions / products.

Proficient in development technologies : Javascript CSS HTML Java. Proven experience in API development and integration with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of database systems data formats (e.g. JSON XML) and API security / authentication protocols (e.g. OAuth JWT). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience in deploying and managing solutions in cloud environments. Exposure to data stores : Cassandra Elastic search and redshift. is preferred

Leadership & Team Management : Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse development team. Experience in hiring training and building a cohesive high-performing group.
