▷ (Urgent) Real Estate Sourcing Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner engagement and sourcing initiatives for our prestigious Mulund East project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent networking abilities, and a proven ability to achieve targets and foster lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Should have previously worked in a mandate firm and sourced in Mumbai, Central, Navi Mumbai and Mulund region.
• Should have worked for the projects that have ticket size from 2 Cr and above
• Should have strong relationships with channel partners to achieve project sales objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
• Nurture leads, handle client queries, and manage a team of Business Associates to optimize sales efforts.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, with a demonstrated history of successful deal closures and revenue growth.
• Should have goof networking skills & have already established network with the channel partner
