Are you a passionate recruiter with a strong grip on the US IT market and MSP / VMS platforms? Join our dynamic team and help us connect top tech talent with leading organizations across the United States.

What You’ll Do : ✅ Own the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

for US-based IT roles

✅ Work directly with

MSP / VMS platforms

(Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)

✅ Source candidates via

job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases

✅ Conduct

technical screenings

and ensure candidate-client alignment

✅ Manage

interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding

✅ Ensure compliance with

US employment laws and visa requirements

✅ Maintain accurate records in

ATS systems

What We’re Looking For :

3–4 years of experience in

US IT recruitment

Mandatory experience with MSP / VMS platforms

Strong knowledge of

US work authorizations

(H1B, GC, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in

Boolean search, ATS tools, and CRM systems
