Roles & Responsibilities :
1️⃣ Business Development & Sales Growth
✅ Identify and onboard study abroad agents, consultants, and education partners in Kerala.
✅ Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market penetration.
✅ Promote Uniexperts.io’s university partnerships, products, and services to agents and institutions.
✅ Generate and convert leads from new and existing agent networks.
2️⃣ Agent & Partner Relationship Management
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, coaching centers, and student recruitment agencies.
✅ Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for partners to enhance engagement.
✅ Ensure high agent retention and satisfaction through regular support and communication.
3️⃣ Market Research & Expansion
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, student mobility patterns, and competitive landscape .
✅ Identify key growth opportunities in Kerala for business expansion.
✅ Provide market insights and reports to the management team.
4️⃣ Collaboration & Target Achievement
✅ Work closely with the sales, marketing, and processing teams to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
✅ Represent Uniexperts.io at education fairs, events, and networking sessions in Kerala.
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Overseas Education industry.
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory (English & Hindi are an added advantage).
Strong network of agents and education consultants in Kerala.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within Kerala for meetings and agent visits.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
