Sr Costing Analyst

Ecolab is seeking a  Sr. Costing Analyst  to join our Finance team. The Costing Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and controlling organizational costs to enhance profitability and efficiency. This position involves detailed cost analysis, budgeting support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

What you will do :

• Conduct detailed cost analysis.
• Prepare reports on cost trends, variances, and other profitability metrics.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
• Investigate discrepancies between actual and budgeted / standard costs.
• Partner with, supply chain : procurement, logistics, manufacturing teams to gather data and get insights
• Effectively communicate costing impacts to Divisions
• Monitor inventory valuation through the year
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and SOX compliance
