Job descriptionLead end-to-end recruitment for corporate functionsincluding Finance, Legal,Strategy, HR, IT, etc. Partner with the Leadership team and seniorstakeholders for niche and leadership mandates Manage recruitment modulesin HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors / Darwinbox) Build and maintaindashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews Track key metrics : TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, diversity hiring, etc. Drive EVP initiatives in collaboration with the marketingteam Manage social media hiring campaigns and online branding Ensure a seamlesscandidate experience from application to onboarding Standardize hiring processesacross geographies Ensure adherence to global compliance, data privacy, and audit norms Conduct periodic processaudits and implementcorrective actions MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed institute 8+ years of experience in TA, with exposure to global setups and niche manufacturing position hiring Strong command over HRIS tools,Excel, Power BI, and ATS platforms Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging industryis a plus.
