Description
The Premium Acquisition Manager - CASA Acquisition will be responsible for driving the acquisition of premium Current Account and Savings Account customers. This role involves developing targeted strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with various teams to achieve acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire premium CASA customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize acquisition campaigns
- Monitor acquisition performance and provide reports to management
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the acquisition process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in customer acquisition
Skills and Qualifications
1-8 years of experience in customer acquisition or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sectorStrong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in data analysis and market researchAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tracking toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experienceSkills Required
