You'll Work With Filmmakers, Not Just Engineers Our team includes people who've shot commercials, directed productions, and understand cinematography. You're not building to specs written by product managers who've never used the product.

You're building shoulder-to-shoulder with the users.

The Tech Stack Is Genuinely Interesting Generative AI APIs (Runway, Veo, Kling) at production scale

Real-time image processing and video generation

Computer vision for consistency checking

Semantic understanding of creative feedback

Your Work Will Compound Every frame you help generate trains the system.

What You'll Build The intelligence layer that makes AI filmmaking consistent and smart.

You'll design and build :

Look & Feel parser : Extract visual rules from reference images (color palettes, lighting, composition)

Runway API mastery : Optimize prompts, reference images, seeds for consistent 30-frame storyboards

Visual Law validator : Check generated frames against brand / style rules

Feedback interpreter : Turn "make her happier" into specific prompt modifications

Prompt memory system : Store, tag, and retrieve successful prompts for reuse

Cost optimization : Track and minimize API costs across models

You're building the brain that learns from every project and gets smarter over time.

You're Probably a Fit If You : Have 2+ years working with ML / AI in production (not just research or notebooks)

Have extensive experience with generative AI APIs (Runway, Replicate, OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney)

Are expert-level at prompt engineering (you know the difference between "woman smiling" and "woman with joyful expression, warm genuine smile")

Understand computer vision basics (extract colors, analyze composition, image similarity)

Can ship pragmatically (rules-based now, ML models later is a valid strategy)

Are curious about creative applications (you'd rather build for filmmakers than optimize ad CTRs)

Can code production systems (you'll write APIs, not just notebooks)

Technical Background We're Looking For : Strong Python (primary language)

Deep experience with Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion , or similar

Comfortable with OpenCV, PIL for image processing

Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)

Understanding of NLP basics (or willingness to learn)

Bonus : Experience with LoRA training or fine-tuning generative models

You're NOT a Fit If You : Want to publish papers instead of ship products

Think rule-based systems are "beneath you"

Haven't used generative AI APIs in production

Need 6 months to experiment before shipping

Can't write production backend code
