Job descriptionArchitect, prototype, and build AI-driven systems (LLMs, NLP, personalization engines). Push the boundaries of applied AI to create human-like, compassionate interactions at scale. Work hands-on with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and integration with product features. Shape technical direction, tooling, and best practices from scratch. Wear multiple hats : coder, researcher, architect, and problem-solver. A hardcore coder (Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, NLP / LLMs, GenAI frameworks). Graduate from a premium institute or with equivalent demonstrable expertise. Young, energetic, and hungry to build - you thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists. Obsessed with AI / ML research but equally excited about shipping real-world products. Purpose-driven : you want to build things that truly matter , not just optimize ad clicks. Excited by the idea of joining as a founding team member , not an employee. Purpose + Scale : Be part of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in a $430 B+ industry to improve human life globally.
