POSITION :   PBX Deployment Engineer

REPORTS TO :  Director of Telephony Implementation

LOCATION :   Ahmedabad, Gujarat

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to :

We’re looking for a Sr. Deployment Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a member of the team responsible for deploying voice installations, resources, and processes utilizing innovative technologies to deliver world-class solutions to the hospitality market.  Must have Hosted and On-Prem PBX experience.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  The candidate must have a firm grasp of telephony technology and deployment experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate must have a strong customer focus.  The ideal self-starter candidate is driven to innovate with smart, efficient, and highly reliable solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on and leading teams to test, deploy, and integrate new products and services with our customers’ environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Review the equipment lists to ensure accuracy.
• Work with the Project Management Team to schedule implementation and communicate with said PM throughout the project.
• Program systems remotely.
• Manage all processes as they relates to voice implementation deployments, and hand-off to support.
